AI-initiatieven stranden zelden op modellen. Ze stranden op data die te breed is gedeeld, niet is geclassificeerd en geen eigenaar heeft. Een praktische werkwijze voor data governance, met Microsoft Purview als technische onderlegger.

What we believe
Technology is the easy part.
The technology is rarely the problem. AI initiatives stall on unclear choices, missing skills and processes that do not keep pace. That is why we look at the whole system in which AI has to work.
01 · Strategy
What role does AI play in where the organization is heading, and which choices come with it?
It starts with direction. Which opportunities matter, which risks are acceptable and which are not, and what does that mean for priorities and budget? Without those choices, AI stays a collection of loose experiments.
02 · People
Support, ownership and the confidence to work differently.
AI changes work. That calls for leaders who set the example, employees who understand what is asked of them and room to learn. We treat resistance as a signal that something is still missing.
03 · Capabilities
AI literacy and the practical skills to use tools well.
From basic understanding for all staff to depth for the people who assess and design AI. Since 2 February 2025 the AI Act also requires organizations to ensure that staff working with AI have sufficient AI literacy.
04 · Processes
The work processes in which AI actually adds value.
AI only pays off once it has a place in how the work gets done: in intake, case files, reporting, planning. We redesign processes together with the people who run them.
05 · Technology
Tooling, data and architecture that fit the organization.
Which tools are really relevant, what do they require from data and security, and how do you prevent every department from picking its own solution? We are vendor-independent and advise on what works.
06 · Implementation
Governance, guidance and measurable results in practice.
A roadmap is only worth something once it is executed. We stay involved during implementation: with clear governance, guidance on the front line and results you can measure.
