About Synaura

Synaura is an AI implementation partner. We help organizations embed AI in strategy, people, skills, processes and technology.

Why Synaura exists

In many organizations AI is treated as a technology question: which tool, which model, which vendor. In practice we see that the technology is rarely the bottleneck. Initiatives stall on unclear choices, missing skills, processes that do not keep pace and rules that are only thought of afterwards.

Synaura was founded to do this differently. We look at the whole system in which AI has to work, from the boardroom to the front line, and help organizations make AI part of how they work, step by step.

How we work

We combine strategic advice with the practice of implementation. That means we help make choices at board level and then stay involved during rollout: redesigning processes, training people, setting up governance and measuring results.

We are vendor-independent. We do not sell software and have no stake in a specific tool. Our advice is based on what works in organizations like yours.

Who we work with

Our clients are boards and management teams of organizations in the public and private sector, typically with 100 to 5,000 employees. For training we collaborate with School of Data Science, whose instructors work with the technology every day.

What you can expect from us

An honest picture, even when it is not what you hoped to hear. Advice that takes into account what your organization can handle. And the willingness to say that something is not the right step yet.

The team

The people behind Synaura

A small team of strategists and engineers. You work with the same people who give the advice and build the solution.

Farisch Hanoeman

Farisch Hanoeman

Strategic adviser, AI implementation

Farisch works on everything that touches strategy. He advises organizations on how to implement AI: where to start and how to keep it from stalling after the pilot. He looks past the technology, at decision-making and at who in the organization becomes the owner of the result. That way he turns the ambition of a board into a course the rest of the organization can act on.

Masoed Shakori

Masoed Shakori

Strategy consultant and Copilot expert

Masoed works at a strategic level and helps think through organizational change as a whole: the people, their processes, the systems and the culture around them. He knows the Microsoft applications down to the last detail and is an expert on Copilot. He uses that knowledge to help organizations make Copilot stick in daily work, so it becomes more than an extra button in the toolbar.

Saeed Katiraei

Saeed Katiraei

AI consultant

Saeed started out as a data scientist and has been guiding organizations through their AI transformation for years. He knows from experience where such a program stalls and what it takes to get it moving again. His speciality is the AI roadmap: a concrete plan that turns ambition into steps an organization can actually take, in the right order and with the right people involved. Because he understands the data and the models himself, his advice stays rooted in what is technically feasible.

Isabel van der Lijken

Isabel van der Lijken

Automation engineer and consultant

Isabel studied psychology before she moved into technology. That combination shapes how she works: she looks first at how people do their work and only then at what can be automated. In an AI transformation she takes the whole organization along and keeps both frontline staff and management on board. Technology, in her view, is a tool that makes people's work easier and serves the people around them. She builds the automations herself and makes sure the colleagues who use them can actually work with them.

Justus van Klaveren

Justus van Klaveren

AI engineer

Justus builds AI applications that hold up in practice. He is involved from the first idea, designs the solution and puts it in place. He also advises at a strategic level: he sees how an application fits the broader plans of an organization and when building is the right step, or not yet. That makes him the link between what an organization wants to achieve and what actually gets built.

Rick Vink

Rick Vink

AI engineer

Rick is an AI engineer and at home in everything to do with programming. He knows the AI frameworks inside out and knows how to implement them in an existing environment without disrupting the systems already in place. He is technology-agnostic: he has no preference for a vendor or a model and picks whatever fits the situation best. An organization therefore gets a solution tuned to its own situation and systems.
